Steel Chair (Especially designed for Yoga)

This heavy gauge (4.5kg) backless metal chair with a flat seat rest is specially designed for Yoga practice. Flat seat rest is perfect for the right alignment of your body. Both front and back legs are connected with a bar which makes it particularly strong and durable. The bar’s height is higher than usual so that it is possible to get legs underneath them. The maximum recommended user weight 100kg. These chairs are rigorously tested for safety and strength making them the safest and most durable yoga chair.
Use of Chair: These Iyengar yoga chairs, aid rotation in seated twists, for support in backbends, in viparitakarani, for shoulder stand, headstand, and many other asanas. There are over 150 asanas that can be done with chairs and many asanas require 2 chairs. The picture shows some of the usages of the chair. Chair fold flat for easy storage.
